If an item that you wanted is out of stock, please reach out to us via email @ info@curatedkitco.com. Chances are we can get it made for you with some minor tweaks.
Can I customize my kit?
Many of our kits can be personalized with names, initials, or color choices. Custom requests for events or bulk orders are also welcome—just reach out before ordering!

Can I send a kit as a gift?
Absolutely! Reach out to us via email with your personalized message and we will add a card and make sure it's beautifully packaged and sent out for you!
Orders
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Custom or bulk orders may take a bit longer, but we’ll always keep you updated along the way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We totally get it—sometimes you change your mind! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at info@curatedkitco.com, and we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once an order has been packaged or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

I have placed an order and didn't receive confirmation email?
Oh no! Don’t worry—sometimes confirmation emails sneak into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to check there first. If you still don’t see it within a few minutes, send us a quick note at info@curatedkitco.com with your name and order details. We’ll happily confirm your order and make sure everything’s good to go.

Oh no! Please email us a photo and your order number—we’ll quickly replace or refund the missing or damaged item.

Can I rush my order?
We do our best to accommodate rush requests. Please email us before placing your order so we can confirm your timeline.
How long does delivery take?
Most of our kits are shipped priority through USPS. You will receive your tracking number as soon as it is available and be able to track through USPS.
